Compania Meda Consulting a organizat in perioada 2-3 iunie 2011, la Moeciu de Sus, Judetul Brasov conferinta cu tema „Managementul deseurilor din constructii si demolari”.
            Scopul acestui prim eveniment pe tema deseurile din constructii si demolari rezulta din necesitatea ca in viitor sa se mareasca semnificativ cantitatea valorificata a acestor deseuri, punandu-se accent pe reciclarea selectiva ca rezultat al taxelor de depozitare, precum si a legislatiei in domeniu. Evenimentul a creat o platform de discutii intre reprezentantii autoritatilor de mediu din domeniu, operatorii economici care desfasoara activitati de constructii, renovare si dezafectare, precum si structurile profesionale din domeniul protectiei mediului, in special din domeniul gestionarii deseurilor.
Subiectele pe care s-a pus accent au fost legate de Directiva Cadru si legislatia romaneasca in domeniul deseurilor din constructii si demolari, aplicarea prevederilor legale in domeniul deseurilor din constructii si demolari de catre Garda Nationala de Mediu ca organ de inspectie si control, reciclarea si depozitarea deseurilor din constructii si demolari, posibilitatea utilizarii deseurilor din constructii si demolari in lucrari rutiere, valorificarea deseurilor de zidarie din demolari ca agreate din beton, precum si programe de finantare.

 

Meda Consulting organized between 2nd – 3rd of June 2011 at Moeciu de Sus, Brasov County – Romania, the Conference “Construction and Demolition Waste Management”.
            The purpose of this first event dedicated to construction and demolition waste management results from the necessity of increasing the capitalized waste in the future, with accent on selective recycling as a result of storage taxes and legislation. This conference created a debate platform between environment authorities in this domain, companies activating in construction, rehabilitation and demolition sector, as well as environmental protection professional structures activating  especially in waste management domain.
            The main subjected discussed during the event’s works referred to the framework directive and the Romanian legislation in the field of construction and demolition waste, application of legal provisions in this domain by the National Environmental Guard as Inspection and Control Department, recycling and storing construction and demolition waste, the possibility of using construction and demolition waste in road works, capitalization of masonry waste from demolition as aggregates in concrete, as well as financing programs.
